PleeseCakes Cheesecakes!

Sometimes, you just have to say YES to the cake. PleeseCakes have been on our radar for a little while after Em found them on Instagram. Ever since we set eyes on their decadent cheesecakes we have been longing for an excuse to have one! My husband, Em's brother, turned the big 3-0 in July and we thought there'd be no better way to mark the start of a new decade than with a fully loaded cheesecake. Makes total sense I hear you say! I'm glad we're on the same page ;)

A few months after our first communications with Sam at PleeseCakes, our beautiful creation was ready! So Em dashed up to Epsom (as PleeseCake don't currently deliver as far as Southampton) to pick up the most extravagant cake you could imagine.

When you order your PleeseCake you can have a completely custom cake or pick from their 'standard' list. I'm not even joking when I say picking a flavour was one of the most difficult decisions I've had to make this year. Every option sounded INCREDIBLE and I wanted to eat them all! After much deliberation, we settled on a large ‘Fully Loaded’ cake with an optional extra of Hotel Chocolat truffles (just encase there wasn’t enough chocolate, clearly).

  Base
- double chocolate digestives
Filling
-salted Caramel
Toppings

-milk & dark chocolate drizzle, Tunnocks wafer, salted caramel fudge, Caramac bar, Caramac buttons, Cadburys caramel, Cadburys fudge, twix, ripple, oreo & flake.

Pleesecale suggest that their large cheesecakes will feed around 18 people. We found that actually it fed more like 20-22. We managed to squeeze a few candles on the edge and we were finally ready to celebrate.

Sam at PleeseCake was great and the final outcome was far beyond our expectations. Sometimes, you can find that food can compromise in flavour when people are trying to make it look incredible but I can honestly say that this cheesecake tasted as good as it looked.
I really cannot recommend PleeseCake enough if you want a show stopping cake for a special occasion. Thank you PleeseCake for being epic!
